Skin-friendly texture
Surfactant, a cleansing compound contained in most shampoos, removes dirt and waste from scalp and hair. However, this ingredient also promotes hair loss and all kinds of allergies, such as itchiness, when residues are left on scalp and hair. Atopalm Mild Shampoo uses nature-derived cleansing compounds like coconut oil, which cleanly removes waste, sebum, and other dirt without causing irritation. Thus, it leaves scalp healthy and feeling refreshed.
Healthy skin has a subacidity of pH 4.5-6.5!
Atopalm Mild Shampoo is a product that has an acid balance similar to healthy skin. As such, it balances the skin's pH, while maintaining the skin's acid mantle. This product only washes off dirt, keeping hair and scalp healthy.
※ The surface of healthy skin has a thin skin acid mantle that has a pH of 4.5-6.5 caused by the excretion of the skin's sweat glands and fat glands
-
Skin acid mantle of pH 4.5-6.5
Prevents skin dryness and moisture evaporation from the skin's surface
Protects skin from germ propagation, bacteria, and molds
Skin protein (collagen) becomes more elastic.
Protects skin from UV rays Keratin protein, a key compound of the dead skin cell layer (cornified cells), forms the firmest and the most perfect structure before and after it reaches pH 5. -
What happens when skin turns alkalic?
Damages skin barrier → weakens the dead skin cell layer, and germs or pollutants can easily infiltrate from the exterior
Dead skin cells become rough and the skin thickens.
Skin dries and promotes aging → causes fine wrinkles and firmness loss
Skin elasticity is lost.
※ In the case of sensitive skin, because the acid mantle does not normally function, it can cause various skin problems.
To maintain healthy skin pH, always use acid-balanced cleansing products!
How to use
Pump the right amount when shampooing. Gently massage onto scalp and hair with fingers. Then, rinse with lukewarm water.
When an excessive amount of dead skin cells have accumulated on scalp, work the shampoo into lather, and rinse after five minutes. This will cleanly remove any dead skin cell residues from the scalp.
